Our team have had the pleasure of building a number of Trees for CitiesEdible Playgrounds in both Nottingham and Leicester. Other projects are in the pipeline!

Buzzing Roots are another Leicester-based community interest company whose aims complement our own. They’ve invited us to work on a number of projects in recent months at Queens Road Allotments and Mowmacre Primary School.

Green Room Gardeners is a creative gardening group led by Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) and Brightsparks Arts in partnership with Wildscapes. The project focuses on adults with experience of mental health issues. It is designed to boost health, wellbeing, self-esteem and confidence whilst enabling participants to develop horticultural skills, knowledge and experience, increase biodiversity and become ambassadors for the environment.

Based at Queens Road Allotments, the Green Room Gardeners are currently developing a new community plot for the purpose of eco-friendly food production – supported by funding from The David Cock Foundation, and Castle Ward.
